1、 Exhibitors' exhibition placement/removal time and registration notice

1. Exhibitors at the Guangdi (Special) booth:

Registration/Exhibition Time: October 21-22, 2025 09:00-17:00

Demolition time: 14:00-17:00 on October 25, 2025

2. Standard/Luxury Booth Exhibitors:

Registration/Exhibition Time: October 22, 2025 09:00-17:00

Demolition time: 14:00-17:00 on October 25, 2025

※ Overtime Notice: Overtime pay (starting from 5:00 pm on the same day)

If exhibitors need to work overtime, please apply to the main venue contractor before 4:00 pm on the same day. The cost will be borne by the exhibitor. Late applications will incur an additional 20% fee; Overtime shall not exceed 23:00 at the latest.

2、 Exhibition opening hours (exhibitor admission time):

October 23, 2025 08:30-17:00

October 24, 2025 09:00-17:00

October 25th, 2025 09:00-16:00

3、 Entry management

During the exhibition setup, exhibition, and dismantling period, exhibitors must wear their exhibition credentials when entering or inside the exhibition hall, and hang them on their chests, consciously cooperating with security personnel for inspection.
